Here are some of the stocks that may see significant price movement today.

  1. SBI: The largest public sector lender in the country is set to sign a 70-million-euro line of credit with the German development bank KfW. The purpose of this credit line is to support solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in India, and the signing ceremony is scheduled to take place at the bank’s IFSC Gift City branch in Ahmedabad.
  2. IRCTC: The hospitality and tourism subsidiary of Indian Railways is expanding its business horizons beyond the railway sector, aiming to promote its brand and extend its business footprint across the nation.
  3. Axis Bank: Private equity firm Bain Capital has divested a 1.1% stake in Axis Bank through the open market on Wednesday, resulting in proceeds of over Rs 3,700 crore.
  4. Fusion Micro: A block deal has been initiated to facilitate the divestment of a 9.25 percent stake in Fusion Micro Finance by Honey Rose Investment, a subsidiary of the global private equity firm Warburg Pincus, as reported by CNBC TV-18.
  5. Reliance Industries: Moody’s Investors Service has upheld Reliance Industries Ltd’s (RIL) Baa2 domestic long-term issuer rating and foreign currency senior unsecured rating. The ratings agency has further retained the stable outlook on all the aforementioned ratings.
  6. Biocon: The biopharmaceutical company announced that its associate, Bicara Therapeutics Inc, has successfully concluded its Series C financing, securing a total of $165 million. The funds obtained from this financing round will be allocated to further propel the development of Bicara’s primary product candidate, BCA101, presently undergoing clinical trials for various cancer types.
  7. NBCC: The state-owned construction company has secured contracts for the construction of 1,469 warehouses and additional agri-infrastructure as part of the world’s largest grain storage initiative in the cooperative sector. These projects will be implemented at various locations across India.
  8. Gokul Agro: The company announced that its subsidiary, Maurigo Indo Holdings Pte Ltd, located in Singapore, has entered into a joint venture agreement with PT Riya Pasifik Nabati and other entities. Additionally, the subsidiary has also executed transfer and assignment of share rights agreements with PT Pasifik Agro Sentosa and PT Cipta Usaha Sejati.
  9. Escorts Kubota: Harish Lalchandani has tendered his resignation from the role of Chief Officer of the agri-machinery business division within the company. His decision to step down is attributed to personal reasons.
  10. Angel One: Hemen Bhatia has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Angel One Asset Management Company, a prominent brokerage firm.
