Here are some stocks that may show significant price movement today.

  1. Axis Bank: According to sources cited by CNBC-TV18, Bain Capital, a global private investment firm, is reportedly planning to sell a stake of up to $267 million in a private sector lender. The stake sale is expected to occur within a price range of Rs 964-977.70 per share.
  2. HCL Tech: The IT services company has extended its strategic partnership with Google Cloud to enable enterprises to harness the potential of generative artificial intelligence (AI). The collaboration aims to develop joint solutions utilizing the generative AI technologies offered by Google Cloud, thereby providing innovative AI-driven solutions for businesses.
  3. CDSL: On Wednesday, the promoter BSE Ltd conducted open market transactions to sell a partial stake in Central Depository Services Ltd (CDSL).
  4. Persistent: The Digital Engineering company has recently announced a Zenith Tier Partnership with Zscaler. This partnership aims to support clients in enhancing and modernizing their security measures by adopting a zero-trust security model.
  5. M&M: The subsidiary of the utility vehicle and tractor maker has established two new entities, Gelos Solren and Furies Solren. These entities have been incorporated to engage in the production and sale of power, as well as generating electricity through distributed energy systems.
  6. KFin Tech: The registrar and transfer agency had initially decided to become a depository participant with National Securities Depository. However, they have now reconsidered their decision and withdrawn the application to become a depository participant.
  7. Tega Industries: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has granted approval for the corporate restructuring of the promoter group companies.
  8. KRBL: The company has recently announced the successful initiation of commercial production at its newly established plant located in Anjar, Gujarat.
  9. Indian Overseas Bank: The public sector lender has made the decision to raise its base rate by 20 basis points (bps) to 9.10%, up from the previous rate of 8.90%. This increase in the base rate will take effect from June 15th.
  10. D-Link India: Renowned investor Ashish Kacholia has recently divested an additional 3.69 lakh equity shares of the networking products manufacturer through open market transactions. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 227.91 per share. It is worth noting that Ashish had also sold 1.94 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 228.5 per share on June 7.
