  1. Tata Steel:

The steel company said that it will issue non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis to raise Rs2,000 crore.

  1. Vedanta:

On the second day of the commercial coal mines auction, the mining and minerals company emerged as the highest bidder for two coal mines in Odisha.

  1. Tamilnad Mercantile Bank:

On Thursday, the Indian markets will welcome the century-old private lender. Between September 5 and 7, it sold its shares at a price range between Rs500 and Rs525, raising Rs831.6 crore through its initial public offering (IPO).

  1. HFCL:

The manufacturer of telecom equipment has received advance purchase orders of Rs341.26 crore and Rs106.55 crore from RailTel Corporation of India, totalling Rs447.81 crore.

  1. Balaji Amines:

The 90-acre greenfield project’s first Phase (Unit IV), according to the specialized chemicals company, has been finished.

  1. IDBI Bank:

DIPAM Secretary Tuhin Kanta Pandey stated on Wednesday that the department is putting the finishing touches on the Expression of Interest (EoI) and will shortly accept investor preliminary bids for the privatization of the institution.

  1. Tata Power:

The utility division of the Tata Group announced that it has signed a contract to build a 4-MWp solar project at Tata Motors’ Pune facility.

  1. Future Enterprises:

The cash-strapped company said that the failure of the transaction with Reliance, employee attrition, and lawsuits were among the reasons why its consolidated net loss increased to Rs2,295.90 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2022.

  1. State Bank of India:

The major bank increased the Benchmark Prime Lending Rate (BPLR) on Wednesday by 70 basis points (or 0.7%), bringing it to 13.45%.

  1. KPI Green Energy:

The company involved in renewable energy said it has signed power purchase agreements with six companies for a total of 15.88 MW of wind-solar hybrid power from its projects.
