  1. Infosys: Infosys has announced its intention to deliberate on an interim dividend in conjunction with the release of its second-quarter results, scheduled for October 12.
  2. United Spirits: In response to a ruling regarding the GST rate applicable to royalty income, the company has initiated an appeal process before the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals-1).
  3. NTPC: NTPC Limited has entered into a supplementary joint venture agreement with UP Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam.
  4. Bharat Forge: Paramount has unveiled an expansion of its development and manufacturing collaboration with Bharat Forge and Kalyani Strategic Systems. This extension aims to facilitate the production of a more extensive array of armored vehicles within India, catering to Paramount’s global clientele.
  5. Tata Power: Tata Power Renewable Energy, a subsidiary of Tata Power, has inked a power delivery agreement (PDA) with Xpro India through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the establishment of a 3.125 MW AC group captive solar plant.
  6. Reliance Industries: The company is planning to conduct a scheduled maintenance and inspection operation, which will involve the shutdown of specific units at its Jamnagar facility.   8. Alkem Labs: Alkem Labs has reported that the Income Tax Department conducted a survey at several of its offices and subsidiaries. The company has affirmed its complete cooperation with the IT department officials and is actively addressing the queries raised by them.
  9. Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises’ subsidiary, Adani Wind, has achieved recognition as its 5.2 MW wind turbine has been included in the MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) list of approved models.
  10. SeQuent Scientific: The company’s board has granted approval for the sale of the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) facility located in Thane.
