  1. PB Fintech: On Friday, the Japanese multinational investment firm Softbank Group divested an additional stake in PB Fintech through the open market, securing a sum of Rs 914 crore.
  2. Tata Power: Tata Power Solar Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy, has entered into a contract to provide 152 MWp DCR solar PV modules for NTPC’s Nokh solar PV project in Rajasthan.
  3. KFin Technologies: On Friday, the global private equity firm General Atlantic divested approximately 10% of its stake in KFin Technologies through the open market, generating proceeds of Rs 851 crore.
  4. Mankind Pharma: On December 15, the company invested GBP 999,900 in Actimed Therapeutics.
  5. United Spirits: United Spirits has encountered a claim from one of its current national institutional customers, amounting to Rs 365 crore.
  6. PVR Inox: Plenty Private Equity fund, via its affiliate, executed the sale of a 2.1% stake in the prominent multiplex chain, PVR Inox, through bulk deals on Friday. The transaction was completed at Rs 1,753 per share, resulting in a total valuation of the deal at Rs 366 crore.
  7. Zee Entertainment: Zee Entertainment has formally communicated with Sony Group Corporation, submitting a letter requesting an extension of the cutoff period to finalize the merger.
  8. Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus has obtained approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to commence the Phase II clinical trial of ZYIL1 in individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
  9. Mazagon Dock: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has entered into separate shipbuilding contracts with a European client for the construction of three units of 7,500 DWT Multi-Purpose Hybrid Powered Vessels, with a total value of $42 million.
  10. Granules India: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) has concluded its Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) inspection at Granules India’s Virginia facility, highlighting 5 observations during the assessment.
