  1. Tata Motors:

An order for 200 electric buses was received by the domestic automaker. The buses will be used in Jammu and Srinagar.

  1. Tech Mahindra:

The fifth-largest exporter of IT services in the nation declared it would hire 3,000 individuals in Gujarat over the following five years.

  1. Adani Enterprises:

The flagship company of the Adani Group,  Adani Defence & Aerospace division, has made the decision to purchase Air Works for an enterprise value of Rs400 crore.

  1. ICICI Lombard General Insurance:

A tax reversal of Rs128 crore helped the private sector non-life insurance player announce a 32.2% increase in net profit at Rs591 crore for the September quarter.

  1. Zee Entertainment Enterprises:

According to block deal data available with the National Stock Exchange, investment firm Invesco and OFI Global China sold 5,29,35,068 shares, or 5.51%, in the media giant at an average price of Rs 263.7 per, totalling Rs1,396 crore.

  1. Polycab India:

The manufacturer of wires and cables recorded a Rs 270.45 crore (36.72%) increase in overall profit for the September quarter.

  1. L&T Technology Services:

For the second quarter that ended September 2022, the midcap IT firm reported a growth in total net profit after tax of 22.7% to Rs282.4 crore.

  1. HFCL:

The local manufacturer of telecom equipment reported a flat consolidated net profit for the three months that ended September 30, 2022, at Rs84.31 crore.

  1. Samvardhana Motherson International:

According to the bulk deal data available with the BSE, Sojitz Corporation sold 12.8 crore or 2.83% of shares in the leading auto component manufacturer at an average price of Rs 64.53 each for a total consideration of Rs 825.98 crore through an open market transaction.

  1. TV18 Broadcast:

For the second quarter that concluded on September 30, 2022, the media company’s consolidated net profit after tax fell by 95.55% to Rs10.28 crore.
