Here are some stocks that may show significant price movement today.

  1. HDFC AMC: SBI Mutual Fund has increased its stake in the asset management company through open market transactions on June 20. The acquisition has raised SBI Mutual Fund’s shareholding from 2.9% to 6.86%, representing a 3.96% increase.
  2. TCS: TCS and Nest, the UK’s largest workplace pension scheme, have expanded their longstanding partnership. The collaboration aims to concentrate on digitally transforming Nest’s scheme administration services and providing improved member experiences.
  3. NTPC: On Wednesday, New Delhi-based PSU announced that its board will make a decision regarding the raising of funds through Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs 12,000 crore. The board is scheduled to convene on June 24, 2023, to discuss this matter.
  4. Delhivery: CA Swift Investments, a subsidiary of the Carlyle Group, has launched a block trade to sell its stake in Delhivery. The stake being sold amounts to approximately $86 million and involves offering around 18.4 million shares in the logistics firm.
  5. Glenmark Pharma: On Wednesday, the company announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning letter to its manufacturing facility in Monroe, North Carolina, USA. The warning letter was issued as a result of an inspection conducted at the facility between April 4 and May 19, 2022.
  6. Reliance Industries: On Wednesday, Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) revealed its plans to expand its indigenous consumer packaged goods brand, ‘Independence,’ to North India. This expansion aims to bring the brand’s products to a wider consumer base in the region.
  7. Shyam Metalics: On Wednesday, the company announced the commissioning of additional production capacities at its Jamuria manufacturing facility located in West Bengal. This expansion will result in an increase in the capacity of the captive power plant by 90 MW, raising it from 267 MW to 357 MW.
  8. LTIMindtree: The company introduced Canvas.ai, an enterprise-ready generative AI platform. The platform is specifically designed to expedite the concept-to-value journey for businesses, incorporating mindful AI principles.
  9. NMDC: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has sold a 2.07% stake in a state-run iron ore company through open market transactions over the past three months. Consequently, LIC’s shareholding in the company has decreased from 11.69% to 9.62%.
  10. Sula Vineyards: Quant Mutual Fund has increased its equity stake in the country’s largest wine manufacturer through open market transactions. The fund has acquired an additional 5 lakh shares, representing a 0.59% stake, at an average price of Rs 470.99 per share.
