Here are some stocks that may show significant price movement today.

  1. BPCL: The oil marketing company announced that the board of directors will convene on June 28th to discuss several methods of capital infusion, including the possibility of a rights issue.
  2. HDFC: The company has successfully divested its entire 9.65% stake in Ruralshores Business Services. On the other hand, HDFC has acquired 3.86% shares in Bonito Designs for Rs 25 crore. Additionally, the Corporation, through HDFC Capital Advisors, has made a purchase of 914 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) in Cognilements.
  3. Landmark Cars: According to sources reported by CNBC-Awaaz, it is anticipated that TPG Capital will initiate a block deal on June 23 to sell approximately 44 lakh shares, equivalent to 11% equity, in Landmark Cars.
  4. Infosys: The IT major has unveiled the introduction of a free artificial intelligence certification program on its Infosys Springboard Virtual Learning Platform. The initiative aims to equip learners with essential skills in artificial intelligence, ensuring they are prepared for the demands of the future.
  5. Eros International: SEBI restrained Managing Director Sunil Arjan Lulla and CEO Pradeep Kumar Dwivedi of Eros International to hold any board position or key managerial position. They are also banned from accessing the securities markets until further orders too.
  6. Vedanta: Following media reports regarding Vedanta’s alleged sale of the Sterlite copper plant in Thoothukudi, the mining company has released a clarification note to the exchanges by saying it baseless and incorrect.
  7. PNB Housing Finance: The housing finance company has obtained board approval to issue non-convertible debentures in tranches on a private placement basis. The approved issuance amounts to a total of up to Rs 5,000 crore.
  8. Coforge: The company has acquired an additional 20% stake in Coforge Business Process Solutions for Rs 336.9 crore. Prior to the acquisition, the company already held a 60% stake in Coforge Business Process Solutions.
  9. Delhivery: CA Swift Investments has completed its exit from the Gurugram-based logistics company by selling its entire holding of 1.84 crore equity shares, representing a 2.53% stake, through open market transactions. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 385.5 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of Rs 709.5 crore.
  10. LIC Housing Finance: The housing finance company has appointed Tribhuwan Adhikari as its Chief Operating Officer, effective from June 22.
