  1. Mahindra Logistics:

In order to expand its skills in this field, the logistics solution provider announced the acquisition of the B2B express division of Gurugram-based logistics company Rivigo Services.

  1. Vodafone Idea:

In Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, the telecom company and state-owned Energy Efficiency Services (EESL) would install 33.3 lakh more smart metres.

  1. Amara Raja Batteries:

The company is demerging its battery components business.

  1. Embassy Office Parks REIT:

According to media reports, Blackstone plans to sell 7.7 crore shares of Embassy REIT for Rs 2,650 crore through block sales on September 27.

  1. Mastek:

According to bulk deal data made available by the BSE, Small Cap World Fund purchased 5,49,676 shares, or 1.82% of the firm, through an open market transaction for a total of approximately Rs 96.74 crore at an average price of Rs 1,759.97 per share.

The capital markets regulator Sebi has given the mstock exchange the go-ahead to launch Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) on its platform.

  1. Filatex India:

A project for debottlenecking melt capacity of 50 MT per day and manufacturing lines of 120 MT per day at Dahej Plant has been launched by the smallcap textile company.

  1. Dhanuka Agritech:

The agrochemical company said that there are several shadowy businesses selling fake pesticides on the domestic market and sought a crackdown on illegal commerce because it negatively affects all parties involved, including farmers.

  1. Orient Bell:

The tile manufacturer declared the expansion at its Hoskote plant in Bengaluru, which cost Rs 34 crore in capital expenditures, for completion.

  1. Zee Media Corporation:

The capital markets watchdog Sebi fined 25FPS Media Rs 4 lakh for failing to provide the necessary disclosures in a case involving Zee Media.
