Aurobindo Pharma: Auro Vaccines, a subsidiary of the company, has signed a license agreement with Hilleman Laboratories Singapore Pte Limited to research, manufacture, and commercialize a pentavalent vaccine candidate for use in pediatric vaccination.
Tata Power Company: Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) will build a 41 MW captive solar plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, to support TP Solar’s new greenfield 4.3 GW solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Tirunelveli. The captive plant will generate 101 million units of electricity per year and offset approximately 72,000 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions.
SJVN: The mechanical spinning of unit-I of the 60 MW Naitwar Mori Hydro Electric Project (NMHEP) at Mori, Uttarakhand, has been initiated by the company. The project will produce 265.5 million units of electricity per year. The business has built a 37 km 220 KV transmission line from Bainol to Snail to evacuate power from the Naitwar Mori HEP.
Dixon Technologies: Padget Electronics, a subsidiary of Xiaomi Technology India, has agreed to manufacture smart phones and other related items for Xiaomi. Padget’s manufacturing facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, would be used for this purpose.
Reliance Industries: According to TRAI data, Reliance Jio subsidiary net added 39.07 lakh wireless users in July 2023, up from 22.7 lakh subscribers addition in the previous month. As of July 2023, the company had a 38.60% market share of wireless subscribers.
NBCC India: The state-owned construction business has announced the sale of commercial built-up space at New Delhi’s World Trade Centre via e-auction. The sale began on September 27, and the e-auction will take place this year on October 23. The area offered for sale is 14.75 lakh square feet, with a value of Rs 5,716.43 crore.
Vodafone Idea: The mobile network operator company’s customer base continued to dwindle. According to TRAI data, it lost 13.2 lakh members in July of this year, compared to 12.9 lakh users lost the previous month. As of July 2023, its market share in the wireless subscribers segment was 19.92%.
Larsen & Toubro: According to L&T, the settlement of bids, return of unaccepted equity shares, and payment of consideration to qualified shareholders who participated in the buyback will take place on September 28 rather than September 29.
KEC International: On September 13 and 16, the company received orders from several GST authorities.
Oberoi Realty: The company has signed a Development Agreement to construct and refurbish around 13,450 square meters of land in Tardeo, Mumbai. The business anticipates that the abovementioned Land will yield a free sale component of about 2.5 lakh square feet (on carpet area).
