The Singapore Exchange’s Nifty futures traded 61 points, or 0.35%, higher at 17,441.5, indicating that the stock market may start the day on a positive note after yesterday’s fall. The following 10 stocks may see movement in their prices today:

  1. Lupin:

Dasatinib pills, which are used to treat some types of cancer, have received tentative approval from the USFDA, according to the pharmaceutical company. The product is a substitute for the Sprycel pills made by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.

  1. Macrotech Developers:

According to the real estate company, the board of directors has approved funding up to Rs250 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures. The projected Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issue’s proceeds were not disclosed by the corporation.

  1. L&T Technology Services:

BMW Group has awarded the engineering services firm a multi-million-dollar contract for the hybrid vehicles produced by the continent’s top automaker. In accordance with the five-year agreement, it will offer top-tier engineering services for the business’s collection of infotainment consoles intended for its hybrid vehicle family.

  1. Thyrocare Technologies:

According to the bulk deal data, Fundsmith Emerging Equities Trust Plc sold 3,20,000 shares on the BSE and 2,68,707 shares on the NSE, totaling 1.1% of the diagnostic chain, for Rs36 crore through an open market transaction at an average price of Rs615.14 for each share.

  1. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences:

The hospital network signed a legally binding contract to buy a majority (51% of) the shares of SPANV Medisearch Lifesciences, Nagpur. Kingsway Hospitals, a multi-specialty hospital with more than 300 beds, is managed by SPANV. The 49% interest will remain in the hands of the current promoters and shareholders.

  1. BLS International Services:

Nomura Singapore, a multinational financial services company, purchased 11 lakh equity shares in the provider of visa services through open market transactions for a total of Rs253 crore at an average price of Rs230 per share.

  1. New Delhi Television:

In order to clarify the validity of the regulator’s earlier judgment regarding the conversion of warrants into shares, which was a key element in the hostile takeover battle for the media business, the Adani group and NDTV’s promoter firm RRPR Holding have reached Sebi.

  1. ICRA:

Board clearance was given for Venkatesh Viswanathan’s appointment as group chief financial officer and other key administrative positions at the rating agency organisation. From August 30, 2022, he will hold the position of Chief Investor Relations Officer, according to the business.

  1. Ugro Capital:

The financial services company announced that through a private placement, the Board of Directors has allocated 50,000 non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs10,000 apiece. The instrument’s term is 24 months from the date of allocation, and its annual coupon rate is 10.35%.

  1. Vodafone Idea:

The rollout of 5G services by the indebted telecom provider will be influenced by a number of variables, including use cases, consumer demand, competitive dynamics, etc. According to Vi’s Managing Director and CEO Ravinder Takker, the company’s promoters have invested Rs4,940 crore, and the company is actively seeking investors for a funding round, stated ET.
