  1. Britannia Industries:

In order to develop, produce, and market cheese products in India and other markets, the maker of biscuits and dairy products has formed a joint venture with France’s Bel SA and Britannia Dairy Private Limited.

  1. Wipro:

According to block deal data available with the BSE, BNP Paribas Arbitrage sold approximately 18,00,164 lakh shares of an IT major at an average price of Rs405 per for Rs72.9 crore through an open market transaction. Societe Generale purchased the business’ shares.

  1. Biocon:

The pharmaceutical company announced that its division Biocon Biologics has successfully completed the multi-billion dollar acquisition of its partner Viatris’s global biosimilars business.

  1. GR Infraprojects:

Due to a few administrative issues, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has cancelled the elevated viaduct project.

  1. Cipla:

The pharmaceutical company announced the release of Leuprolide Acetate Injection Depot 22.5 mg, a medication intended to treat prostate cancer. The product had previously received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) based on a regulatory process for new drugs (NDA).

  1. IDFC:

The change in control of IDFC Mutual Fund has received the approval of market regulator SEBI.

  1. Greenpanel Industries:

The manufacturer of plywood and laminates announced that its board of directors has approved the closure of Greenpanel Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary.

  1. Gland Pharma:

The pharmaceutical company announced that it has entered into a put option deal to purchase Cenexi Group, which is situated in Europe, for up to EUR 120 million, marking its entry into the global markets.

  1. Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC:

To serve as a registered fund management business and provide Alternative Investment Fund and Portfolio Management Services, the mutual fund company claimed it has got approval from IFSCA.

  1. Inox Wind:

The wind energy solutions provider said that Inox Green Energy Services and the corporation have paid off debts totaling Rs 411 crore.
