The pharmaceutical company announced that it has entered into a put option deal to purchase Cenexi Group, which is situated in Europe, for up to EUR 120 million, marking its entry into the global markets.

To serve as a registered fund management business and provide Alternative Investment Fund and Portfolio Management Services, the mutual fund company claimed it has got approval from IFSCA.
