  1. Hero MotoCorp:

The two-wheeler company announced that it will give US-based Zero Motorcycles $60 million (Rs490 crore) in order to collaborate on the development of electric motorcycles.

  1. Adani Ports and SEZ:

The port company of the Adani Group announced that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary called Adani Aviation Fuels (AAFL) to conduct the business of locating, supplying, and trading aviation-related fuels.

  1. Adani Enterprises:

The newest participant in Nity 50 claimed that its three fully owned companies have completed the financial aspects of the access-controlled, six-lane, greenfield Ganga Expressway Project in Uttar Pradesh.

  1. Indian Oil Corporation:

A fully owned subsidiary of the state-owned oil marketer has been launched to handle financial tasks like fund pooling and treasury operations.

  1. Adani Green Energy:

The renewable energy company of the Adani Group claimed to have completed construction of the 600 MW largest wind-solar power facility in the world in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

  1. Punjab National Bank:

The lender for the public sector has made the decision to sell all of its stock in Asset Reconstruction Company (ARCIL) for a predetermined sum. As of right now, it owns 10.01% of ARCIL.

  1. Adani Power:

Adani Power was granted permission by India’s fair trade watchdog, the Competition Commission of India, to purchase the entire equity of Diliigent Power and DB Power.

  1. Lupin:

The pharmaceutical company has been given the go-ahead by the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to market its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA), Mirabegron extended-release tablets, in the US. Mirabegron is a generic version of Astellas Pharma Global Development’s Myrbetriq extended-release tablets.

  1. Deepak Nitrite:

Life Insurance Corporation said that it would purchase more shares in the manufacturer of specialty chemicals in order to increase its overall ownership of the business to more than 5%. The Corporation now owns 68,58,414 equity shares in Deepak Nitrite as opposed to 67,88,327 previously.

  1. Rail Vikas Nigam:

The National Highways Authority of India has awarded the railway company a contract for the construction of a four-lane roadway connecting Samarlakota and Achampeta Junction (NHAI). The contract, which would cost Rs408 crore, is for connectivity between Kakinada port and NH 16 in Andhra Pradesh as part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana.
