The Singapore Exchange’s Nifty futures traded 52.5 points, or 0.30%, lower at 17,437.5, indicating that the stock markets may have a start  in red on Tuesday. The following 10 stocks may see movement in their prices today:

  1. NTPC:

The 20 MW Gandhar Solar PV project in Gandhar, Gujarat, has a first portion capacity of 10 MW that the state-owned power generation company has stated is operational. As a result, NTPC will have a standalone installed and commercial capacity of 55099 MW.

  1. Tata Consultancy Services:

The largest software exporter in the nation has secured a deal with Absa Corporate and Investment Bank of Africa for an undisclosed price. The operations of the bank’s investor services in Africa will change as a result, and the customer experience will be improved.

  1. Bank of Baroda:

The state-owned lender announced that it will sell bonds to raise Rs2,500 crore to finance company expansion. The issuing of Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1 (AT1) bonds in a single or multiple tranches was approved by the bank’s capital raising committee.

  1. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals:

The pharmaceutical company anticipates flat or low single-digit growth for its US business in 2022—2033, due to hurdles like price erosion and erratic USFDA product approval.

  1. Tata Power:

An arm of the utility company owned by the Tata Group established a partnership with Sidbi to establish 1,000 green energy businesses nationwide. The program will support the quick facilitation of financial links and clean power provided by microgrids to foster sustainable rural entrepreneurship.

  1. RBL Bank:

According to the private lender, the board of directors has approved raising up to Rs3,000 crore to finance the company’s commercial expansion. The shareholders’ permission for the fundraising is required.

  1. Sobha Developers Ltd:

Following a settlement in a case involving alleged fraudulent trading and disclosure violations, the market regulator Sebi has concluded the adjudication procedures against real estate firm Sobha and four people. The four people each contributed Rs2,92,50,000 toward the settlement.

  1. Godrej Agrovert:

The top diversified agribusiness corporation reported that it has inked memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with the governments of Assam, Manipur, and Tripura for the advancement and promotion of oil palm cultivation in the three states under the National Mission on Edible Oils-Oil Palm initiative.

  1. Bank of India:

On the subject of green finance, the state-run institution has entered into a partnership with the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA). The two organizations will collaborate on loan syndication, co-origination, and co-lending in the renewable energy sector.

  1. Lemon Tree Hotels:

The hotel chain firm has inked a license agreement for a 65-room hotel under its brand, the “Lemon Tree Hotel,” in Hubli, Karnataka. By May 2023, the hotel is anticipated to be open for business.
