Premier Energies: The company and its subsidiaries have secured multiple orders worth ₹560 crore. The contracts come from two major Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and additional clients. This includes Rs 513 crore in orders for solar modules and Rs 47 crore for solar cells.
Sun Pharma: On November 1, the US District Court of New Jersey issued a preliminary injunction against Sun Pharma, delaying the launch of its product Leqselvi. This ruling restricts Sun Pharma from introducing Leqselvi (deuruxolitinib), which is widely used to treat severe alopecia areata, until there is either a favorable court ruling or the expiration of the relevant patent.
Zomato: Adonmo secured additional funding from new investors on September 25, with Zomato opting not to participate in this round. Consequently, Zomato’s stake in Adonmo has declined to 17%, from the previous 19% held since its investment in January 2022.
Zen Technologies: The aerospace and defense company’s net profit soared to ₹62.6 crore this year, reflecting a 309% year-on-year increase. Quarterly revenue climbed 263% year-on-year to ₹241.8 crore. EBITDA also saw a significant rise, jumping 321% year-on-year to ₹80 crore. Additionally, the profit margin improved by 470 basis points, reaching 33.1% in Q2 FY25.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank: The small finance bank aims to obtain a universal banking license in response to concerns about the overleveraging of microfinance borrowers in the industry. For the first time, the bank has indicated that it plans to apply for the license by March 2025, according to various media reports.
Ashoka Buildcon: The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for a project valued at Rs 312.13 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. (MSETCL).
Hero Motocorp: Total sales rose by 18.1% to 6.79 lakh units, compared to 5.74 lakh units previously. Domestic sales increased 17.4%, reaching 6.57 lakh units versus 5.59 lakh units. Exports surged by 43.02%, with 21,688 units sold compared to 15,164 units.
NBCC: NBCC’s share price is likely to be in focus on November 4 following the company’s recent win of multiple orders valued at Rs 235 crore.
Zydus Wellness: Saurabh Jain has stepped down from his role as Chief Digital Excellence Officer. He will officially be relieved of his responsibilities on January 31, 2025.
Rushil Decor: The company is set to conduct a planned shutdown of its MDF manufacturing unit in Chikmagalur, starting November 5 and lasting for 16 days for maintenance. This shutdown is scheduled, and the company anticipates no revenue loss, as it has ensured adequate inventory to handle the situation.
