  1. LTIMindtree: After the merger of the mortgage lender with HDFC Bank, LTIMindtree, the sixth largest IT company in India, will take the place of HDFC in the Nifty index.
  2. IOCL: The company has scheduled a Board meeting on July 7th to discuss the possibility of raising capital through a rights issue of equity shares. The purpose of this capital raise is to meet the capital expenditure requirements for its various projects.
  3. SBI: The Executive Committee of the Central Board (ECCB) of SBI has granted approval for the acquisition of the complete stake held by SBICAPS in SBICAP Ventures. However, the transaction is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
  4. Aurobindo Pharma: CuraTeQ Biologics, a subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has announced positive results from the phase 3 clinical trial for its Trastuzumab Biosimilar product.
  5. BHEL: According to a news article on Economic Times, BHEL has decided to extend its gas turbines technology agreement with General Electric Technology GmbH Switzerland.
  6. Samvardhana Motherson: MSSL Consolidated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson, has entered into an agreement to invest $14 million in Prysm Systems. This investment will be made through a 12% optionally convertible secured note.
  7. Bajaj Auto: Bajaj Auto has entered into a partnership with UK-based Triumph Motorcycles to introduce a new lineup of 400cc motorcycles. Sources indicate that Bajaj Auto intends to position these motorcycles below the price point of Rs 3 lakh, with an anticipated price tag of approximately Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
  8. Suzlon Energy: Suzlon Energy’s Board is scheduled to convene on July 7th to discuss a proposal aimed at raising capital through various means. The specific details of the proposal will be deliberated during the meeting.
  9. AU SFB: In the first quarter, the Bank experienced a significant increase in gross advances, which rose by 29% year-on-year to reach Rs 63,635 crore. Additionally, deposits also witnessed a substantial growth of 27% to reach Rs 69,315 crore.
  10. Mankind Pharma: The stock has been added to multiple nifty indices including Nifty500, Nifty200, Nifty Mindcap150, and Nifty Midcap100.
