Here are some stocks that may show significant price movement today.

  1. Kotak Mahindra Bank: CNBC TV18 quoting sources reported that Canada Pension Fund is likely to sell 1.66% stake in the bank and the deal size may be around $754 million.
  2. Biocon: The company’s Bengaluru plant, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facility has received certificate of GMP (good manufacturing practice) compliance from the Competent Authority of Germany.
  3. Tata power: The company through its subsidiary TP Vardhaman Surya has received Letter of Award (LoA) to set up hybrid renewable power for Tata Steel of 966 MW RTC (round-the-clock).
  4. Hindustan Aeronautics: The meeting Board of Directors of the state-owned defence company will be held on June 27 to consider a proposal of sub-division of equity shares.
  5. L&T Finance: The Board of L&T Finance has approved a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for the financial year ended March 2022-23.
  6. NHPC: The subsidiary of the company, NHDC has received a pump hydro storage site in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh with estimated storage capacity of 525 MW X 6 hours, from New and Renewable Energy Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
  7. GAIL India: As per the order of NCLT, the company has release payments to stakeholders of JBF Petrochemicals. The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) will be completed in 15 months.
  8. Hero MotoCorp: The newly appointed CEO Niranjan Gupta said in a press conference that the company is gearing up to expand its electric two-wheeler range while upgrading its existing sales infrastructure to enhance premium play as part of its future growth plans.
  9. VedantaResources: The company said on Thursday that it has generated an EBITDA of $4.6 billion and a pre-capex free cash flow of $2.8 billion during the financial year 2022-23.
  10. Punjab National Bank: The state-owned bank may consider to raise funds from the sale of up to 15 crore shares under its Employee Stock Purchase Scheme (ESPS) to raise up to Rs 780 crore at current market price.
