SpiceJet: SpiceJet has announced a plan to issue shares to Carlyle Aviation to convert a portion of its dues into equity. Under this restructuring deal, Carlyle Aviation will acquire SpiceJet shares to settle part of its outstanding amount of $137.68 million.
Vedanta: The company is preparing for a demerger of its diverse business verticals, covering over 15 commodities. Chairman Anil Agarwal has announced that this strategic move will shift the company’s focus from being asset managers to asset owners.
Ola Electric: The one-month share lock-in period for Ola Electric’s shareholders is set to end on Monday. September 9 will mark a month since Ola Electric was listed on the stock exchanges. Following the end of this lock-in period, approximately 18.18 crore shares, accounting for 4% of the company’s total outstanding equity, will become eligible for trading.
PNB: The bank has received approval to raise up to ₹5,000 crore each through Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP) in FY25.
PNB Housing Finance: PNB Housing plans to raise up to $125 million through External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) in Q3 FY25. With an existing ECB sanction of $125 million, the company is looking to secure an additional $100 to $125 million.
