The case revolved around Desi Bites’ unauthorised use of the mark GOOD DAY for products like soan papdi and papad, which closely mirrors Britannia’s popular GOOD DAY brand of biscuits.
NTPC: The company has announced the dividend of ₹2424 crore to its shareholders, which equals to the 25% of its total shares issued. Also the IPO of its wholly owned company, NTPC Green Energy is opening today.

RVNL: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance from South Central Railway for a significant project valued at Rs 294.94 crore. The project involves doubling the railway track between Navipet and Indalvai stations in Telangana.
ITI: A telecom manufacturing company has secured ₹95 crore contract from the Uttarakhand government for implementing the Mining Digital Transformation & Surveillance System (MDTSS) project. The project aims to enhance digital monitoring and surveillance of mining activities across the state.
