Bharti Airtel: Telecom provider announced a 168% YoY increase in net profit to ₹3,593.2 Crore for the second quarter ending September 30, 2024. In the preceding fiscal quarter, Bharti Airtel reported a net profit of ₹1,341 Crore, according to a regulatory filing.
Federal Bank: The Kochi-based bank posted a net profit of ₹1,056.7 Crore. The Federal Bank’s net profit increased 10.8% year on year (YoY) from ₹954 Crore in the same quarter last year. The bank’s net interest income (NII) was ₹2,367.3 Crore, slightly below the street estimates of ₹2,378 Crore. The revenue increased by 15% from ₹2,056.4 Crore in the same period last year.
Indraprastha Gas: The nation’s largest city gas provider reported a 19.41% year-on-year (YoY) fall in net profit to 431 Crore for the second quarter ending September 30, 2024. Indraprastha Gas reported a net profit of 534.8 Crore for the same period in the previous fiscal year, according to a regulatory filing.
Kalpataru Projects: Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) announced a 39.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit to ₹125.6 Crore for the second quarter ending September 30, 2024.
NTPC: NTPC Green Energy Ltd., the renewable energy unit of NTPC Ltd., has obtained final observation from capital markets regulator SEBI to raise ₹10,000 Crore through an IPO.
