TruCap Finance Ltd., formerly known as Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited, is a non-banking finance company (NBFC) with a BSE listing that focuses on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Its equity shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) today.

TruCap specializes in meeting the financing needs of SMEs. The company’s goal is to empower these businesses by providing them with the financial resources they need to grow and thrive.
TruCap added 54 branches between April 2022 and May 2023, bringing the total to 94. Under Lending-as-a-Service (L-a-aS), it has partnered with five large lenders: HDFC Bank, DCB Bank, Central Bank of India, Shivalik Small Finance Bank, and UGRO Capital.
TruCap reported disbursements of Rs 1,010 crore in FY23, up from Rs 420 crore in FY22 and Rs 88 crore in FY21. Disbursement growth was fueled primarily by MSME Gold and business loans.
