Vinati Organics makes further investment of Rs2.25 crore in Veeral Organics

Vinati Organics Limited has subscribed to the additional 22,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at par amounting to Rs2,25,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Twenty Five Lakhs only), by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd.

Notably, Veeral Organics is the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the rights issue rank pari passu to its existing Equity shares.

At around 11:46 AM, Vinati Organics Ltd is currently trading at Rs2,095 per share up by Rs14.1 or 0.68% from its previous closing of Rs2,080.90 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs2,124.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs2,124.90 and Rs2,088 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs21,387.92 crore.
