Adani Transmission incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary; Stock under pressure

Adani Transmission Ltd has informed that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company in the name of “Adani Transmission Step-Two Limited” (ATSTL) on August 02, 2022.

As per the regulatory filing, the company is incorporated by Adani Transmission Limited, for transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto.

The newly incorporated subsidiary ATSTL is yet to commence its business operations, the company said.

On Thursday early morning trade, Adani Transmission was trading at Rs3.489.85 per share lower by Rs14.75 or 0.42% as against previous closing of Rs3504.60 per share on the BSE.
