Ujjivan Financial Services has allotted 3,589 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.
With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,21,61,05,950 to Rs. 1,21,61,41,840.
