BF Utilities is up by Rs 15.60 or 3.96% as the company posted standalone Q3 results followed by Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited which is up by Rs 0.22 or 3.65%

BF Utilities Ltd. (BFUL) is a part of USD 2.4 billion Kalyani Group. Initially BFUL operated in two business segments – Infrastructure Business and Investment Business.

BFUL has undergone business restructuring by way of a Composite Scheme of Arrangement.
The Infrastructure Business has remained with BFUL and Investment Business has been transferred to BF Investment Ltd.



Stock view:

BF Utilities Ltd is currently trading at Rs 411.55, up by Rs 17.35 or 4.4% from its previous closing of Rs 394.2 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 395 and has touched a high and low of Rs 414.5 and Rs 393.75 respectively. So far 1277915(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1484.56 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 643.7 on 24-Aug-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 356.3 on 31-Jan-2017. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 413.3 and Rs 357.5 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.44 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.61 % and 34.95 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
