Asian Granito logs revenue of Rs1,563.80 crore in FY22; stock skids ~3%

Asian Granito India Limited (AGL), one of the largest Luxury Surfaces and Bathware Solutions brands in the country has reported excellent financial performance in FY22.

For FY22, the company has reported consolidated net sales of Rs1,563.8 crore, registering a growth of 21% over the previous fiscal’s same period net sales of Rs1,292.3 crore. Revenue/Net Sales on a standalone basis were reported at Rs1,349.10 crore in FY22 as compared to Rs1,036.20 crore in FY21, up by 30.20% yoy.

Consolidated EBITDA for the financial year ended March 2022 stood at Rs124.6 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 8%. Standalone EBITDA for FY22 witnessed a downfall of 10.40% yoy at Rs87.50 crore as compared to Rs97.60 crore in FY21.

Consolidated Net Profit for FY22 was reported at Rs91.8 crore with a PAT Margin of 5.9% as compared to a net profit of Rs57.2 crore, and a PAT Margin of 4.4% in FY21. Standalone PAT was reported at Rs87.90 crore in FY22, up by 77.80% against Rs49.40 crore in FY21.

Exports for FY22 were reported at Rs204.9 crore.

The company has also recommended a dividend of 7% of Rs0.70 per share on the face value of Rs10 per share for FY22.

Asian Granito India Ltd is currently trading at Rs52.15 down by Rs1.55 or 2.89% from its previous closing of Rs53.70 on the BSE. The scrip touched an intraday high and low of Rs56.30 and Rs52.10 respectively.
