IRIS Business launches new SaaS product; stock price up by more than 12%

30 Nov 2022 , 12:37 PM

IRIS Business Services, India's first publicly traded SaaS RegTech company, has announced the release of an Office 365-based disclosure management module.

The disclosure management module is part of the IRIS CARBON product line, which provides structured financial reporting and analytics to global organisations.

The most recent module removes traditional financial and nonfinancial reporting barriers by incorporating the ability to author any report or document. This new module emphasises the collaborative capabilities it brings to various teams within an organisation for report authoring, review, and finalisation.

Finance teams in organisations of various sizes work in silos, which has an impact on their agility, transparency, and control. This new module, which includes extensive access controls and robust audit capabilities, will assist finance teams in gaining complete control of their authoring processes.

This feature-rich module will improve the efficiency and adaptability of groups working on disclosure management.

IRIS Business Services is a global provider of regulatory compliance solutions with a presence in over 44 countries.

At around 12.02 PM, IRIS Business' counter jumped 14.72% at Rs90.80, against previous close of Rs79.15 on NSE. The counter hit intraday high and low of Rs93 and Rs79.90 respectively, so far.
