Promoters of Wardwizard Innovations waive their dividend; Stock under pressure

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on August 24, 2022 has considered and approved to waive/forgo the right to receive a final dividend of Rs0.075 paise per equity share @ 7.5% at par value Rs1 each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2021-2022 of the Promoter(s) & Promoter Group (s) holding 18,36,70,000 number of Equity shares of the company.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.15 P.M. & concluded at 12.45 P.M.

At around 11:42 AM, Wardwizard Innovations was trading at Rs64.55 per share lower by Rs0.55 or 0.84% on the BSE. Previously, the scrip ended at Rs65.10 per share on the platform.
