Ravi Ahuja assumes charge as new COO of Brigade Enterprises

Brigade Group has appointed Ravi S Ahuja as Chief Operating Officer - Commercial (Office Space). Ravi will be in charge of sales, marketing, and strategic planning, as well as driving the company's commercial office business's revenue growth and profitability.

He has more than 25 years of real estate expertise in numerous leadership positions. He has performed strategic and general management roles, as well as directed teams across multi-disciplinary asset classes. Ravi has previously worked at L&T Realty, Colliers International, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Ravi graduated from Mumbai University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management Studies.

"Ravi brings to Brigade a solid understanding of commercial office markets and has been heavily involved in occupier workplace initiatives, transactions, and real estate investments," stated Nirupa Shankar, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited.

“He has collaborated with real estate players such as occupiers, investors, developers, and the government. We are optimistic that the office company will continue to flourish and reach new heights under his capable leadership,” she continued.

At around 9.47 AM, Brigade Enterprises was trading at Rs571.75 down by 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs576 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs567.85 and touched intraday high and low of Rs572.25 and Rs565.75 respectively.
