The Singapore Exchange's Nifty futures traded 65.5 points, or 0.36%, higher at 18,353, indicating that the stock markets are likely to have a successful start on Wednesday.   1. Inox Green Energy Services:
After conducting its initial public offering between November 11 and 15, the provider of wind power operation and maintenance services will make its stock market debut on Wednesday. The firm raised Rs 740 crore through its IPO.
  1. Wipro:
According to block deal data available with the BSE, BNP Paribas Arbitrage sold 48 lakh shares of the IT business in two tranches for a total of Rs185.76 crore, at an average price of Rs387 per share.
  1. Vedanta:
The multinational mining corporation declared the third interim dividend for the current fiscal year, equivalent to Rs17.50 per equity share and total value Rs6,505 crore.
  1. Dr Reddy’s Laboratories:
The medicine manufacturer said that numerous generic pharmaceutical firms, including the company along with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Celgene, are being sued for antitrust violations in the US.
  1. Larsen & Toubro:
The engineering company said that it has paid Rs75 crore to acquire the entire stake of Chiyoda Corporation in L&T-Chiyoda Ltd.
  1. FSN E-commerce Ventures:
Arvind Agarwal has resigned from his position as Nykaa's chief financial officer with effect from the end of business day on November 25.
  1. Vodafone Idea:
ATC Telecom Infrastructure would receive preferential access to shares worth Rs1,600 crore that were approved for issuance by the debt-ridden company's shareholders.
  1. Mindtree:
The record date for the Mindtree merger is November 24th , whereas November 23 is the ex-date. L&T Infotech will become LTI-Mindtree after Mindtree is delisted from exchanges.
  1. Minda Corporation:
The flagship company of the Spark Minda group announced that LocoNav has inked a technology licence deal for the white-labelling of telematics software with it.
  1. Siemens:
In the September 2022 quarter, the industrial engineering company recorded a 23% increase in net profit from continuing operations, at Rs392 crore, mostly due to higher revenues. The business uses a fiscal year that runs from October to September.
