Vested Finance launches two new portfolios through which Indian retail investors can invest in global stocks

6 Dec 2022 , 11:07 AM

Through Vested Finance, a US investment platform that has provided the facility for the same, retail investors will now be able to invest in globally diversified ETFs and new-age technology companies.

The US broker-dealer, which is registered with FINRA, has launched two more pre-built Vests in collaboration with Xumit Capital and Ethical Advisors, allowing merchants to invest in them.

Through a variety of financial tools, including stocks, ETFs, and pre-built investment portfolios known as Vests, Vested Finance enables Indian investors to participate in the US stock market.

Following the most recent disclosure, Vested Finance has formed alliances with five business partners to provide third-party portfolios for investors to invest their money abroad.

Vests are curated portfolios made up of stocks and/or ETFs and built with various objectives or focused themes. Investing in such securities is comparable to investing in mutual funds or PMS that are passively managed.

Customers can choose the vests using this approach depending on their risk tolerance and themes, saving time spent researching individual stocks for international portfolio diversification.

Vested has noted a 20% increase in investors using this approach to invest in US stocks, notwithstanding the market's volatility globally.

The only Fintech platform operating in India that has received a licence from FINRA, the organisation that oversees brokers and dealers in the USA, is Vested Finance, a US broker-dealer that is registered with FINRA.
