(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 25.09.2023) We enclose herewith the Voting results and Scrutinizers Report on the resolutions passed at the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on September 25, 2023, through e-voting (remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM). We hereby inform you that the Shareholders of the Company, in the 17th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2023, have approved the appointment of Messrs. S.R.Batliboi & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors of the Company. We hereby inform you that Messrs. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP were appointed as an Internal Auditor of the Company for conducting Internal Audit for the period July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026. We hereby inform you that the Shareholders of the Company, in the 17th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2023 have approved Repricing of Employee Stock Options and Modification of ESOP Plans.
