AGM 21/09/2023 The 53rd Annual General Meeting of HUDCO is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 21st September, 2023 at 12 noon (IST) through VC/OAVM. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Notice of the 53rd AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23. Newspaper Publication (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/08/2023) Record date for payment of final dividend for the FY 2022-23 has been fixed as 8th September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are submitting herewith the proceedings of the 53rd Annual General Meeting of HUDCO held on Thursday, the 21st September, 2023 through VC/OAVM in line with the circulars issued by MCA and SEBI in this regard. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/09/2023)
