Public offer of equity shares through offer for sale of 40000000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 48 per equity share aggregating Rs 192 crore. Out of this, 300000 equity shares are reserved for allotment to permanent employees (including working directors) of the company. This offer is being made through a 100% book building process.
