Ahluwalia Contracts receives new order worth Rs110.67 crore; stock spurts ~3.5%

Ahluwalia Contracts Limited informed that the company has secured new order from the Government of Assam office of the Chief Engineer: PWD Building, Assam, Guwahati-3.

The order received is for the additional construction work of New Medical College & Hospital, Bongaigaon (Assam).

The company stated that the estimated cost of the project is worth Rs110.67 crore.

As per the company, the total order inflow during the FY2022-23 stands at Rs3,011.76 crore, till date.

At around 3.10 PM, Ahluwalia Contracts was trading 3.26% higher at Rs436.65, against the previous close of Rs422.85 on NSE. The counter hit an intraday high and low of Rs440 and Rs415.20 respectively.
