Ashiana Housing board allots NCDs worth Rs26.4 crore on private placement; Stock up 1%

Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced that the Executive Committee of Directors on July 20, 2022 have allotted 264 Un-Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis for an amount of Rs26.40 crore.

As per the filing, the tenure of the issue is 20 years and rate of interest is 8% subject to reset process as per terms of debenture trust dated June 21, 2022.

At around 11:37 AM, Ashiana Housing was trading at Rs138.80 per share up by Rs1.9 or 1.39% from its previous closing of Rs136.90 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs136.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs138.80 and Rs135.55 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs1,401.20 crore.
