Income Tax Department carries on search at various locations of Asian Granito

Asian Granito Limited informed the exchanges and investors that the Search Operation was carried out by Income Tax Department at various locations of the Company during the period from May 26, 2022, to May 31, 2022.

Further, the company informed that during the search operations as a responsible Company all concerned employees/ staff of the Company extended their full co-operation to the Income Tax Officials and provided all the required information/ documents.

As and when the tax department concludes its findings and communicates to the company, the company will extend intimation.

Further, as an organization, Asian Granito informed that the company continues to conform to the highest standards of corporate governance as demonstrated in the past.

Asian Granito is currently trading at Rs49.70 up by Rs0.2 or 0.4% from its previous closing of Rs49.50 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs50 and has touched a high and low of Rs50.85 and Rs49.10 respectively.
