Mac Charles (India) Ltd has informed to the exchanges about the sale of investments in the Material Subsidiary i.e. Airport Golfview Hotels and Suites Pvt Ltd.
As per regulatory filing, the Company has sold its 29, 987 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each held in its Material Subsidiary i.e. Airport Golf View Hotels and Suites Private Limited to Crackers India Infrastructure Limited for a consideration of Rs.29,13,86,925/-.
At around 1:23 PM, Mac Charles (India) was trading at Rs760 apiece down by Rs19 or 2.44% on the BSE.
