Star Housing Finance Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, January 06, 2022 have inter-alia approved and considered entering into a co-lending agreement with Capital India Homes Loan Limited.
The meeting was held through video conferencing which commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
At around 2:55 PM, Star Housing Finance was trading at Rs87 per piece higher by 0.69% on Sensex.
The scrip touched an intraday high at Rs88.15 per piece during early trading deals on Thursday.
