Asian Granito stock gains 1.6% on incorporation of wholly-owned foreign subsidiary

Asian Granito Limited has announced to the exchanges regarding incorporation of a Wholly Owned Foreign Subsidiary Company.

As per the filing, the Company has incorporated Wholly Owned Foreign Subsidiary Company named AGL Surfaces INC on August 18, 2022 and the intimation for the same is received by the Company on August 24, 2022.

Further, AGL SURFACES INC is incorporated with an object to undertake selling & marketing activity of its products in USA and it is yet to commence its business, the company said.

On Thursday at around 10:02 AM, Asian Granito India Ltd is currently trading at Rs60.50 per share up by Rs1 or 1.68% from its previous closing of Rs59.50 per share on the BSE.
