“Master Infrastructure and Real Estate Developers Limited”, wholly-owned subsidiary of Master Trust Ltd has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of “Mastertrust Wealth Private Limited”.
Accordingly, Mastertrust Wealth Private Limited has become wholly owned subsidiary of “Master Infrastructure and Real Estate Developers Limited” and a Step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f 23.03.2022.
“Mastertrust Wealth Private Limited” is engaged in Dealing in Securities and Financial Services & Advisory etc.
At around 11:00 AM, Master Trust was trading at Rs144 apiece down by Rs2.3 or 1.57% on the BSE.
