PFRDA defers plan to hire media firm to popularise NPS

Earlier, PFRDA had proposed to hire a media consultant to promote and increase penetration of its flagship National Pension System

PFRDA (Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority) has postponed its plans for appointment of a media consultancy / agency.

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Appointment of Media Consultant/Agency has been postponed for the present. Further information will be available on this website in due course along with fresh dates for application, PFRDA said in a circular on 2nd August.

Earlier, PFRDA had proposed to hire a media consultant to promote and increase penetration of its flagship National Pension System (NPS), which earned subscribers double-digit returns last fiscal.

Pension regulator will hire the consultant/agency "to develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive media plan for the various products under the NPS umbrella," PFRDA said in a circular on 25th July.
