Dilip Buildcon Ltd's Q3FY19 standalone net profit rises 26.4% yoy to Rs208.60cr : Beats Estimates

Dilip Buildcon Ltd reported Q3FY19 results beating the estimates. Revenue grew by 28% yoy to Rs2,492.6cr against Rs1,947.8cr in Q3FY18, beating the estimate of Rs2,283cr. EBITDA for the quarter grew by 27.4% yoy to Rs446.1cr against Rs350.3cr. EBITDA margin declined by 8bps yoy to 17.9%. Net profit for the quarter grew by 26.4% yoy to Rs208.6cr against Rs165cr last year, beating the estimate of Rs167cr.

• The company won new orders worth Rs1,809.4cr (EPC value excluding GST) during Q3FY19.
• The net order book as on Q3FY19 stands at Rs23,100.2cr. Out of which 81.19% of the order book is constituted by roads, highways and bridges project, lrrigation projects contribute 2.32%, Urban development projects contribute 0.28%, Metro projects contribute 1.84% and Mlning contributes 14.36%.
• 85% of the order book is from the Central Government. 15% of the order book is from State Government (8% from Maharashtra State Govt., 2% from Rajasthan State Govt., 3% from Punjab State Corporation, 2% from Madhya Pradesh State Govt. for Metro Projects).
• Net Working Capital Days has reduced from 103 days in Q3FY18 to 83 days in Q3FY19.

Technical View:

Dilip Buildcon Ltd ended at Rs. 335.70, up by 5.9 points or 1.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 329.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 329 and touched a high and low of Rs. 340.65 and Rs. 326 respectively. A total of 65,501 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The stock traded above its 200 DMA.
