Dilip Buildcon-led subsidiary receives appointed date from NHAI on Rs1160cr project; Stock ends up

The project is expected to be complete and begin operations within 24 months. The operations will be for 15 years starting from COD.

Dilip Buildcon has announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bangalore Malur Highways Private Limited, has received the letter of the appointed date from the National Highways Authority of India and had declared the appointment with effect from September 15, 2021, on a project worth Rs1,160cr.

As per the regulatory filing, the project costed Rs1,160cr and comprised of - 4 Laning from km 0.000 to km 26.400 (along with 0.700km approach towards NH 207 with interchange on NH4 at start point) of Bangalore to Malur Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharaunala Pariyojna, in the state of Karnataka IPhase-l Package-l)."

The project is expected to be complete and begin operations within 24 months. The operations will be for 15 years starting from COD.

On Sensex, the company's stock finished at Rs519.95 per piece up 1.1%.
