Siti Networks arm Variety sells balance 1,600 shares of Voice Snap for Rs2.4cr; Stock scraps 5% upper circuit

Earlier on February 05 this year, Siti Networks board of directors approved stake sale of 6,667 Equity Shares held by Variety Entertainment in Voice Snap.

Siti Networks has announced that wholly-owned subsidiary, Variety Entertainment has sold remaining 1,600 equity shares held in Voice Snap Services to Rajalakshmi Communications for an aggregate consideration of Rs2.40cr.

Earlier on February 05 this year, Siti Networks board of directors approved stake sale of 6,667 Equity Shares held by Variety Entertainment in Voice Snap.

Later on February 09, of the total 6,667 Equity Shares, Variety Entertainment had sold about 4,400 equity shares of Voice Snap to Rajalakshmi for Rs6.60cr. While 667 equity shares held in Voice Snap was sold to Kalisp Reality for over Rs1cr.

The remaining 1,600 equity shares were sold on February 15, 2021, to Rajalakshmi.

At around 1.33 pm, Siti Networks was trading at Rs1.06 per piece on Sensex. The stock has hit 5% upper circuit in early deals.
