Data given by NTPC stated that the NTPC Coal stations witnessed a 5.6% yoy increase with the generation of 21.89 BU as against 20.74 BU a year ago same month. Also, NTPC Korba (2600 MW) in Chhattisgarh achieved over 100% PLF during July this year.
With a total installed capacity of 62910 MW, the company's group has 70 Power stations comprising of 24 Coal, 7 combined cycle Gas/Liquid Fuel, 1 Hydro, 13 Renewables along with 25 Subsidiary & JV Power Stations.
On Wednesday, NTPC stock will be in focus following the performance in July. In the previous closing, the NTPC stock ended flat at Rs85.70 per piece on Sensex.
