Hero MotoCorp: ChrysCapital is set to invest $90 million (Rs.600 crore) in Hero FinCorp, the vehicle-financing unit of Hero MotoCorp, as per media reports.

Voltas: The company is planning a strategy to double profits over the four years, as per media reports.

Axis Bank: The bank declared its marginal cost of funds based lending rate (MCLR) for one year at 9.25 per cent. The MCLRs with effect from 18th August, 2016.

Hathway Cable & Datacom: The company's board has given its approval to divest up to 90 lakh shares of the subsidiary through an OFS.

Bharti Airtel: Singapore Telecommunications is planning to spend about $2 bn to invest in Thailand's Intouch Holdings Pcl and raise its stake in India's Bharti Telecom, as per TV report.

Unitech: The SC ordered Unitech to refund Rs.15 crore to investors in delayed housing projects in Gurgaon, as per media reports. The real estate company has been directed to pay Rs.5 crore in two weeks, and the remainder by the end of December.

Shoppers Stop: The company said it will invest another Rs.20 crore over the next 18 months in technology and infrastructure to attain omni-channel status.

DHFL: Dewan Housing Finance Corporation said it will raise up to Rs.10,000 crore through issuance of secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches.

Gammon India: The company has won a Rs.870 crore contract from NHAI for widening of a highway in Karnataka under NHDP.

Uttam Galva Metallics: Uttam Galva Metallics has signed an investment agreement of $150 million with China’s Tidfore Heavy Equipment Group, as per media reports.

Dalmia Bharat: The company posted 76% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs.92 crore for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 compared to the same period of last year. 

Power Grid Corporation of India: The power company is looking to participate in intra-state projects, a deviation from its traditional role as the central power transmission utility that has been prompted by the reforms in state-run power distribution companies.

Insecticides India: The company said it has tied up with Japan's Nihon Nohyaku Co to launch new products for paddy, pulses and vegetable crops, as per media report.
