Adani Enterprises stock ends higher after it signs concession agreement with Airports Authority of India

The concession period is 50 years from the commercial operation date.

Shares of Adani Enterprises ended higher by 2% on the BSE. The company announced that Adani Ahmedabad International Airport, Adani Lucknow International Airport and Adani Mangaluru International Airport, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have signed the Concession Agreement on February 14, 2020, with Airports Authority of India for the operations, management and development of Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Mangaluru Airports respectively.

The concession period is 50 years from the commercial operation date.

Adani Enterprises Ltd closed at Rs256.25 up by Rs4.8 or 1.91% from its previous closing of Rs251.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs252.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs258.50 and Rs252.65 respectively.
