and Fullerton India Credit Company Limited made an application to list Commercial Paper at BSE for an Issue Size of Rs500cr, Rs165cr, Rs150cr, Rs50cr and Rs25cr respectively. Post-process, the effective date of listing for the same at BSE is December 19, 2019.
Till date, 16 Issuers have done 32 issuances of Commercial Paper and have successfully listed CPs of Rs17,835cr on BSE. The weighted average yield of these issuances is 5.30% with an average tenor of 116 days.
BSE is steering its efforts to help India Inc in raising funds. BSE Bond platform was launched in July 2016 and garnered fundraising of Rs9.18cr ($129 bn) since inception. In this financial year 2019-20 (till December 13, 2019), BSE has successfully raised Rs2.11cr ($29.85bn) with a market share of more than 62%.
