Aksharchem resumes production at H-Acid Plant in Mehsana

The plant in Gujarat was shut down on July 8 for repairs and maintenance.

Aksharchem (India) Limited informed the exchanges Saturday that the company has resumed the production as per the schedule, after a planned shutdown from July 8, 2021, of the H-Acid Plant at Village lndrad in Mehsana, Gujarat which was carried out for repairs and maintenance.

The company on July 8 also had commenced commercial production after the greenfield manufacturing plant of the company to produce Precipitated Silica situated at Dahej, Gujarat was successfully completed.

At round 12.07 PM, AksharChem (India) Ltd was trading at Rs444 per piece up by Rs2.75 or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs441.25 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs438 and has touched a high and low of Rs447.40 and Rs430.70 respectively, during intraday trade on Monday.
